Frequently Asked Questions

App won't open / keeps crashing

Try force-quitting the app and opening it again. Make sure you're on the latest version (check for updates in the App Store).

Camera / simulation not working

Check that camera permission is enabled in Settings → SoLive. If needed, turn the permission off and on again.

Profile photo or name disappeared

Your profile data is stored on your device. If you delete and reinstall the app, this data may be lost.

Store page won't load

Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try again later or contact support.
