By downloading and using the SoLive app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
SoLive is a mobile app that provides live stream simulation and related features. Services are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You must use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to): infringing others' rights, spamming, distributing harmful content, or misusing the app or its infrastructure.
The app, interface, logo, and content are owned by SoLive or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative work is not permitted.
SoLive is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app (e.g. data loss, business loss). Mandatory liability under applicable law remains unaffected.
You are responsible for profile and other data stored on your device. Such data may be removed when the app is uninstalled.
These terms may be updated; the current text will be published in the app or on our website. The app or specific features may be discontinued with prior notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (United Kingdom). Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
